This bright and spacious terrace house is close to Beeston Bump and located on the outskirts of Sheringham but within walking distance of the beach and shops. With rural countryside walks on its doorstep this is the perfect house in which to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, all year round.Ground floor: Front door opening into hallway with doors leading to: Open plan kitchen/diner with electric hob with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dining table and 6 chairs. Lounge: TV, comfortable seating and double doors to rear garden, back door leading into rear garden. Downstairs WC and washbasin. Staircase leading to first floor landing.
First floor: landing with doors leading to: Bedroom: Twin bedroom with 2 x Single Beds. Master bedroom: with Kingsize bed and built in storage. Bedroom: with Double bed. Family bathroom: walk in shower, WC, pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Location: beach 0.5 miles, local shops 0.7 miles. Outside: mature rear garden with patio and lawn. Linen provided, please bring your own towels. No WIfi. 1 x well behaved small dog at £20.00 per week permitted. £50.00 refundable security deposit applicable.
