Boasting marvellous views over to Cromer pier and out to sea, the village of East Runton boasts a village shop, pub, and restaurant, along with a wonderful sandy beach and many countryside walks nearby.4 steps up to the caravan front door leading into the hallway with doors to: Family shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Principal bedroom: with double bed and built-in wardrobe and Twin room: with two 2ft 6 single beds and wardrobe. Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner: with gas oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer box. Comfortable sofa, TV, electric fire and fold away table and chairs.
Outside: Parking space for one car. Communal grass areas.
