“Lovely little property with parking, nice and quiet just a short walk from the centre of Sheringham, very clean had everything we needed for our stay ”

Shirley B

“The house was in a great spot, very close to shops and a short walk to the beach in a quiet spot. . Parking a bonus. The house itself was fine, but with hardly any storage space. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable but the singles were good. It was great to have a patio area outside.
J Hunt

“A very nice place to stay with no complaints. The apartment was in a prime location for the town and surrounding areas. There was plenty of storage in the bedrooms and plenty of electrical sockets! The bathroom was nice and clean and it was useful having one downstairs too. As the weather was nice and sunny we were able to make use of the outside courtyard which was an added bonus. All in all a very successful few days!”

Margaret L

“A terrific find for 2 couples - very old friends - who are not as mobile as we once were. Well appointed and well equipped with a lovely outside 'sun trap' for relaxed lunches. Parking for 2 cars - an essential for us and 5 minutes (slow!) walk to Station Road or the sea front. A cul-de-sac location so no through traffic and very quiet.
In short this could not be a better location for our short break. Hats off to Keys for the excellent management from first approach to handing the kays back.”

Peter L

“This was our first visit to No2 Augusta Court but it will not be our last. Our first impresion on arriving was excellent and we were not disappointed in any way. The location is very close to town and the beach is within easy walking distance. The home is in a quiet close with the benifit of off road parking. The home was very clean and well maintained with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We recommend this holiday home and also the help and expertise of Key Holidays. ”

Mary R

“Ideally situated home with parking as a bonus. A well equipped property, only five minutes to shops. ”

Corrie W

“Nice quiet accommodations. Central to everything the town; restaurants; beach; railway and bus services. Parking next to the townhouse if needed. Nice sitting area outside in back. ”

Shirley M

“We have already booked for a return visit! ”

K Fletcher

“We have stayed at various properties in Sheringham before, and this was up there as one of the best.”

Roger D

“The house is perfect for a couple or small family holiday in Sheringham. It is a short and easy walk to either beach or town. It has everything you need, is very clean and even has a downstairs loo which is handy for children. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.”

Jocelyn H

“A very nice house in good location. This is the second time we have stayed there, the only problem was the bed was not very comfortable.
Nigel D

“The cottages was excellent in every way, hopefully we will be back next year at the same place. Even the weather behaved.”

Paul W

“A lovely house in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the seafront or steam railway. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided and the property was very clean and well presented. The parking space is an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sheringham. ”

Kirsty S

“Everything we needed for a lovely stay. A parking spot which is a must in Sheringham. Cosy and warm, just what you need after a day out. A short walk to the high st and all facilities. We would definitely return. Only slight nark was the tv was difficult (for us) to get on. Once we had sussed it out it was fine. ”

Judith S

“Lovely property in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from shops and the beach. Lots of easy walks in the area.”

K Fletcher

“Our second stay at this property was even better than our previous visit. Immaculately clean, with comfy beds and the property had been improved with new appliances and artwork. Great location, we will be back for our next visit to Sheringham.”

Rebecca S

“After such a strange year it was wonderful to get away to Sheringham. The house is a very convenient, short walk from both the sea and the town. Parking was much appreciated too. Inside was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was very peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

Ruth H

“The house exceeded my expectations. The appliances and fittings are all new and the decor bright and modern with no clutter. The little courtyard catches the sun and is protected from the wind. It's a short stroll to the beach or town and the parking space, though tight, is a major advantage.
It was very clean and the new surfaces meant it also felt very hygienic.”

Alison F

“Great position for everything and veryclean small adequate outside space. Beds made up. Four adults would be a squeeze but great for two people. Parking which is a must for Sheringham.”

J Johnson

“Second stay at this property and didn't disappoint again. Fairly new build with everything we needed for our short break in Sheringham, good location for access to main shops and amenities and short walk to the seafront. Would use again if we return to area.”

Richard P

“The house is very pleasant, comfortable and ideally suitable for a family to explore the North Norfolk coast with lovely local walks. The local enmities are superb and the location is perfect for a coastal break. ”

Cheryl T

“A nice clean and comfortable little house. Nice and quiet location although only a short walk to all amenities. We would certainly come again.”

C B

“We were very impressed with 2 Augusta Court and it was very well furnished with new furnishings. It was nice to have the extras left in the kitchen such as tinfoil, and other useful things. Very convenient spot .”

H Royal

“Two adults and two teens enjoyed a wonderful week at Augusta Court. A clean, well equipped property in a central location that was surprisingly peaceful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are keen to return soon.”

“Already booked for September 2020”

“Just returned from a week at 2 Augusta Court, Sheringham. We really enjoyed our stay. Sheringham is a lovely resort with excellent evening seafront walks as the sun goes down. The newish property is in a quiet residential location at the end of New Street which joins the main shopping street. There are two bedrooms with really comfortable beds, one a double and one with two adult singles. There is a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. There is also a small patio area at the back and a parking space. All of the rooms are compact but nicely furnished and well equipped. Would really recommend this property. The fish and chips in Sheringham are also great. Also would recommend travelling on the North Norfolk Railway to Holt and visits to Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall which are both only a few miles away. Sheringham Park is a country park with walks through countryside and woods. Felbrigg Hall is famous for it's beautiful walled garden.”

“Lovely clean, central house, will come again.”

Mr and Mrs J
