“We book from year to year as this is an almost perfect holiday home. Loads of equipment, big fridge-freezer and cooker, warm, clean, comfortable but not so smart that you feel you daren't sit down. Convenient parking, close to the town centre and the beach. Our family love it. ”

“Nice clean family property in an excellent location with sea views from most rooms. We were 4 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and had plenty of space but it might be a bit crowded with the maximum 11 people. ”

Josephine P

“This was our second stay and we have booked again for next year. It is so lovely to see the sea in all its moods from the huge windows. There is all the crockery, cutlery and pans that you could wish for when catering for a large family group a roomy fridge-freezer and six burner stove. In October parking is not a problem but it might be awkward in high season of you have more than two vehicles. Access from the car park might be a problem for those with limited mobility, I walk with a stick and managed easily. The staircases are steep but manageable with care. The owners are generous with consumables such as toilet rolls and detergents for washing machine and dishwasher.
“The whole family enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in easy reach, even for the older generation. We hired a mobility scooter for my father in law and he was able to get around the area. Great location and Sheringham itself is a lovely seaside town.”

Nicky P

“Just three of us and an elderly dog enjoyed staying at this spacious property so ideally situated overlooking the East promenade, shore and sea.”

Heather J

“We had a lovely week staying at Seaview (our second visit) despite the weather being cold and grey for most of the week. The house suits our needs perfectly - three generations aged from 3 to 71. You can be on the beach or into town in 5 minutes. We found plenty of things to do within easy driving distance as it was too cold to be on the beach. ”

Kathryn W

“A wonderfully situated property with ample local parking.. Everything we needed to cater for ten people, plentiful crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the storage ample. We have been on self-catering holidays for more than fifty years and have seldom found better.”

Joyce B

“A lovely comfortable house. It was recommended to me by my daughter who had been before and it surpassed all expectations. A nice touch was having a pint of milk left in the fridge with some biscuits. Very well equipped. Its in the perfect position for the beach and town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

Helen S

“We have been before and knew the excellent location and setting. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Being so close to the sea, the great view especially from the patio / sitting area is the icing on the cake.
“Excellent property. Clean and well stocked - high chair and stair gates were a plus.. Amazing views - sea, sunsets and sunrises. ”

Josephine P

“Perhaps a little dated but don't let that put you off because number 4 Seaview really is a great location and of course it does what it says on the tin it definitely has a fantastic sea view. It was also the little details that were so obviously thought about. Soap at every sink, and toilet wipes as well as paper. Loads of crockery, glasses and cutlery, there were 9 of us. Dishwasher was a bonus. Short 5 minutes walk and you were in the centre of Sheringham. Parking on site another bonus and so convenient for going to neighbouring villages. Will definitely stay there again. Cannot recommend highly enough. 👌 Thanks to the owners and keys cottages. ”

David C

“We had a lovely time at this excellent property which, by the way, is better than the pictures show. we were very comfortable and the sea views from the conservatory and bedrooms were wonderful. the property is a very short walk from the town and Sheringham is a gorgeous little town with lots to offer. the neighbours were very nice and friendly too. the only drawback was the shower which was a bit erratic and not enough pressure. Apart from that, all was perfect. Thank you. Date of arrival - 21 May 2022”

Angela

“Fabulous location for family weekend away for ten, overlooking lovely sea views , comfortable , just a lovely place to stay for a family get together ”

J Johnson

“Property has an excellent location overlooking the promenade and sea. Plenty of room for 8 adults and a dog. It was lovely to hear the sea while lying in bed!”

Steven C

“This is an amazing house with beautiful views of the sea it is so relaxing to wake up and sit on the patio with a coffee and watch the sea roll in. There was plenty of space for all of us and getting ready in the morning to go out was so easy with a sink in each room. Would definitely stay here again”

Phillip C

“We came with all our family 8 adults 3 grandchildren & 2 dogs. Good space, sea view was perfect.....”

“A really great property. There were two families of 4 in our group and there was plenty of space. The sea views and sunsets were amazing. The front of the house was a lovely suntrap to sit in the afternoons.
“Reluctant to tell anyone about this house as it was so good I want to keep it secret! The facilities and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The location of this property makes it stand out from others. We had 5 adults 2 dogs and a new baby which made it spacious and perfect for our family.
We will defo be booking next year 😍”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it never disappoints. The view is amazing and you're so close to the beach it makes it a perfect base for a great family holiday. Everything is provided and well stocked, towels bed linen etc and cooking utensils. Would recommend you take a black out blind for main double as room is very v light from 4am. Would definitely go back. ”

Kellie H

“A lovely big old house on the sea front , plenty of room ,met all our needs for a week away ,,apart from the weather
Jane V

“It looked small from the outside but we found it to have plenty of space on the inside. There were only 4 of us so we had plenty of room to spare but it could feel rather crowded with 12. Everything was in good condition and there was everything that we needed. The big draw for us was the view out to sea and the location in the centre of town both of which were perfect. We can't wait to return next year but this time in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors more.”

“A good place to stay. Couldn’t ask for more. The location is spot on close to the beach for walking and local amenities. The view from the back of the house is stunning. The front of the house is a little sun trap . Inside the house has been well thought out as it has everything you need. From a mums point of view it had a highchair, travel cot and best of all safety gates at the top of the stairs and at the bottom. Thank you . We will be back as my family and I have a wonderful time .
“Great place to stay. Seaview is ideally located for easy access to the shops in Sheringham as well as the coastal path and beach for walking the dogs. Fantastic views of the promenade, beach and sea. Well equipped kitchen and a high standard of ‘extra’ items eg cleaning products (kitchen and bathroom). Also everything you need to make a hot drink (including milk and biscuits) on arrival, so you don’t have to unpack food/ go shopping straight away. A great place to stay.
