“Great annex had everything we needed . Lovely touches like fresh flowers ,nibbles and even a hot water bottle...although thankfully wasn't needed .
“I've stayed at The Annexe a number of times now and never regret booking it. It's a good size, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's also nicely decorated and furnished. The only downside is sometimes the kitchen isn't as well equipped as it might be - and I've recently discovered this comes about when it gets rented out alongside the big house next door. As a result things sometimes end up in the wrong place so it's worth asking at the agent's if you find something crucial isn't there.”

“Excellent holiday cottage location on site parking a bonus inside the cottage very nice and spotlessly clean tv a bonus with prime tv only negative issue is the entrance to the property double door only allows one side to open the other stays locked can not get a mobility scooter in without having to dismantle it no mention of this in the discription but only issue and would rebook it again without hesitation would still give it 10 out of 10”

“The accommodation is ideally located a couple of minutes from the sea front and shops but in a quiet residential street with its own off street parking space. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen and there was an unexpected welcome pack including milk, tea and sugar when we got there. The key collection and drop off was easy with the office a 2 minute walk away.
“My second stay at The Annexe. It's in a great spot, being quiet but very close to the town centre. Having a parking space also a boon! It has a lovely big bedroom, with a king sized bed (somewhat hard to find in many holiday properties) and the dining/sitting area has plenty of space to stretch out and relax.”

“We loved our holiday at the annexe on morris Street it was nice and cosy our dog liked his walks to Beeston common ”

Adrian G

“Fantastic location near both the shops and the beach. Clean & tidy and the milk, tea & coffee was a lovely welcoming touch. There was no access to the garden (which was highlighted in the property details) which was a shame as we have small dogs. That said, I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Sherringham is a beautiful, unspoilt location with many independent shops & places to eat. ”

Janet B

“Property was in an excellent quiet location (five minutes from shops and beach). It had everything required for a short break.”

Belinda S

“Excellent stay at the annex on Morris Street. This is the forth time we have stayed here the dog thinks it’s his second home. Very clean and tidy central to everything. Brilliant retreat. Will be staying again
“The Annexe was a great place to stay. Incredibly spacious for a two bedroom home. The double bedroom was particularly palatial. It was light and airy throughout so a cheerful place to be and I was greeted with flowers and a box of the (very) good biscuits. Having it's own parking is a huge plus in Sheringham. It doesn't have a dishwasher so check the list of amenities if this is important to you but I would thoroughly recommend it.”

Alison F

“We enjoyed our stay at The Annexe. It was the perfect size for us as a couple and in an ideal spot close to everything, but in a quiet street. It was well equipped and comfortable. A home away from home.”

Sophie A

“We loved returning for another week at the annexe. We found it very clean and comfortable and love the location so handy for the beach and town. ”

Mr H

“Wow, what a find. Cosy and modern. Central to everything. Only a 3 night escape for me and my 19 year old daughter. We loved this place. Slept really well. Had everything we needed. Well equipped. Could perhaps do with a door mat to wipe your feet. I'm sure we will be returning and next time for longer.”

Marianne J

“Close to town and all shops etc flat walking and wheelchair friendly have been several times now and love it”

June R

“Good position in the town not too near but close enough always a pleasure even after third visit in fact already booked again”

June R

“Had an amazing holiday in Sheringham at the Annexe on Morris Street, the annexe was perfect for a family of 3, my 15 year old son had his own space upstairs, furnishings of top quality and much larger rooms than the photo's portray. Smack bang in the middle of everything, 10 min walk to everything, large Tesco supermarket made self catering easy, beach one end of the street, steam engine station the other. Plenty of pubs and takeaways all really good. Can't wait to go back. ”

Sharon H

“We loved staying here very close to beach. Very modern and very clean property. Only issue we had was some of the cutlery wasn't clean but wee soon sorted that and washed them up. Can opener bit dodgy. But everything else was perfect. Would highly recommend keys cottages ”

Nichola N

“A great property very conveniently located between the town and the sea. Weather colder than anticipated but the automatic heating kept us comfortably warm in the property.
Linda T

“The annexe was absolutely perfect. Very quiet and very close to Main Street and beach. Everything very clean and modern.
“The Annex on Morris Street is just like a bungalow, but with staircase leading to a bedroom in the eaves. I am not able to climb stairs and although the extra bedroom was nice to have, we both stayed in the downstairs accommodation. Which consists of a very large double bedroom, with a King sized bed. I personally would have preferred an actual double wardrobe as opposed to the “open-plan” type or concept, which consists of a wooden pole, with plenty of hangers, and a couple of slatted shelves. So although I hung up a lot of our clothes we kept the rest of our clothing in the case under the bed.
The bathroom, which is off of the kitchen, has a very nice shower cubicle, but be aware that there is quite a high step to actually get into the cubicle. The bathroom has a Toilet, hand basin and Shower Cubicle.
The kitchen has a lovely big freestanding Fridge-Freezer, as well as Microwave, Gas Hob, and everything else that Self Catering Accommodation needs.
We had a wonderful break and have already booked to return for a Holiday at The Annex on Morris Street. I personally found the 6.5” step up to get into the Double Bedroom, from the lounge, very difficult as there was nothing to hold onto, So, next time, I shall be bringing my disabled “half-step” to make it much easier to manage the 6.5” step.
