“This is a lovely house with everything you need in the house and kitchen well equipped. Garden is lovely and private. Southrepps is a sweet village with a lovely little local shop open from 7am - 7pm a village pub and a great playing field and children’s playground. One of the best playgrounds I have seen and my kids loved going most evenings if we were not at the beach. We loved Overstrand beach and recommend using the lovely lady with the horse box selling food a drink in the car park. We had a great week lovely weather and loved the area and so much to do.
“We just wanted to say how delighted we are with 23 Chapel St. It's been a glorious week for our little family, made by the sunshine but largely due to this welcoming home. My 4yr old grandson wants to say thank you for letting him play with the Refuse Truck!! It's been great. Thank you. Sheila and Chris ”

“We were delighted with the spacious, clean and very well appointed house in the lovely village of Southrepps. Its was such a relaxing stay because we had everything we needed for a great family holiday.. even down to the toy cars! It really was like staying in someone's home- great kitchen and comfy bright sitting room leading out to the back garden! Lovely to have space to park off road and a large patio and garden to relax in.. complete with bbq. The location, just a few miles inland suited us perfectly, as it was peaceful and yet within a short drive of so many lovely beaches. The village shop was handy for bits and bobs, but we also made use of the choice of supermarkets in North Walsham and Cromer. The host's attention to detail was much appreciated.. I love a decent bath towel! We treated ourselves to great tapas at the Suffield Arms and finished off the week with tasty grub at the Vernon Arms a mere 5mins stroll away. Thank you
“Good clean and well presented accommodation in a quiet village inland from the sea. Secure rear garden Limited village facilities but these were mentioned in the details.
We are sorry you felt the village facilities are limited, as per the description: Southrepps village has: a village Post Office, shop and pub/restaurant. Also a fantastic village common/play area and various walking routes.”

“We enjoyed the holiday. The accommodation was spacious and very peaceful. Good off road parking. Well cared for gardens in which was a variety of small birds ,squirrel, hedgehog, plus a monk jack deer.
We would like to book 23Chapel Rd for next year.
“Our family love staying at 23 Chapel Street and have gone back often. The house has excellent off-road parking for a number of cars, good sized garden (safe for children) laid to lawn, with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, spacious kitchen, large dining area and good sized lounge with wood burner. The village has loads of amenities - excellent play area, pub with good food, shop and post office. Most of all it is so well located for Cromer, Sheringham and other coastal villages. We especially love Mundesley which is just a few minutes away and has a large car park on the playing field in the summer. We also love to stray inland to towns like North Walsham and the Boards. We’re going back to 23 again this year - so much more to explore from a perfect base!”
