Relax with family or friends in style in this lovely 3-storey period cottage located in the heart of the Georgian market town of Holt. Boasting a quirky layout, this spacious cottage retains some period features and is a few steps away from excellent amenities, including independent shops, a Michelin star restaurant, and cafes, perfectly positioned to enjoy a walk in the magical Spout Hills (3 minute walk away), or perhaps take a longer stroll to the railway station to catch a steam train, this lovely cottage really is the ideal spot for your discovery of North Norfolk.
Ground floor: Enter the cottage into the spacious lobby area with seating, there are 2 doors, one leading upstairs and the other into the open plan Lounge/dining room: comfortable sofa, armchair, TV and dining table with four chairs, and an electric fire in fireplace. Double doors to Kitchen: with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Small lobby with door to Family shower room: with WC, handbasin and shower cubicle. Steep Norfolk winder staircase with narrow treads leading up to First floor, with doors to: Bedroom 1: with king size bed and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2: with double bed and built in wardrobes. Stairs up to Second Floor: with Family bathroom: with bath, WC, and washbasin (please note sloping ceiling).
Outside: Small front garden with seating. Allocated parking space nearby.
Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided. 1 x small well behaved dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Location: beach 3.9 miles, local shops 335ft. Situated 10 miles from Blickling Hall, 23 miles from Houghton Hall and 6.5 miles from Blakeney Point, 11 miles from Cromer Pier and 15 miles from Holkham Hall.

The cottage itself is like home from home. Super comfortable beds, fully equipped and lovely personal touches on arrival. The added bonus is having the parking space at the allotment as parking is at a premium in Holt. Don&rsquo;t forget your torch of a nighttime when walking back to the cottage as it is dark.
