This 3-bedroom caravan is situated in a fantastic position with a sea view from the lounge, on the clifftop, within 3 minutes walking distance (down a slope) to the beach. Boasting marvellous views over to Cromer pier and out to sea, the village of East Runton boasts a village shop, pub, and restaurant, along with a wonderful sandy beach and many countryside walks nearby.
3 steps up to the deck, with the caravan front door leading into the hallway with doors to: Family shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Principal bedroom: with double bed and built-in wardrobe, Twin room: with two 2ft 6 single beds and wardrobe and Twin room: with two 2ft 6 single beds and wardrobe. Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner: with gas oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer box. Comfortable sofa, TV, Sky box, gas fire and table.
Outside: Parking space for one car. Communal grass areas.
