About this House

This charming, detached family house is within walking distance of Sheringham’s shops, cafes and wonderful sandy beach. Retaining some period features but benefitting from a recent refurbishment, this lovely house boasts bright rooms and a modern kitchen opening to the secure garden and patio, perfect for alfresco dining.

Ground floor: Front door opening up into the hallway with staircase leading up to the first floor. With doors to: Kitchen: modern kitchen with induction hob and built in oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, back door to garden and door leading into garden room with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV and patio doors leading to the patio and garden. Lounge: with bay window, comfortable corner sofa, TV and chairs. Dining room: table and six chairs.
Stairs to upstairs landing with doors to: Principal bedroom: with King size bed, built in hanging space, cupboards and bedside tables. Twin Bedroom: with two single beds, hanging space and bedside table with lamp. Double Bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables, lamps and hanging space. Family bathroom: with bath with shower over, washbasin, and WC. Additional WC and washbasin.
Please note: Beach and shops 7-minute walk. Train station 10-minute walk. 2-well behaved pets permitted at £20.00 per pet per week. Parking space for 2 cars. Wi-Fi. Stairgates. Travel cot available (please bring own bedding). Bed linen provided, please bring own towels.

“Beautiful house, immaculately clean, and very well renovated to a high standard. Location is perfect with 5 minutes to beach in one direction and 5 minutes in the other to town centre! Add in a great flat secure garden for dogs and kids plus off street parking via rear service road. Two things that detract 1) the front and rear of the house has glazing that allows passers by to see in affecting your privacy (and annoying our dogs!) Note could be solved with some obscure self adhesive covering and 2) no washing machine notwithstanding the washing line 🤷‍♂️ Had a couple of issues and Keys were 💯 % responsive - thank you!”
